normally you can get a new phone when your contract has expired or you can always buy a new phone which is very expensive but until then try to hold out until the contract has expired then you will be eligible for a free phone a nice one

yes you can, just check online with your account! Sign for another 2 years agreement and you should get a new phone if you haven’t upgraded in the past or at least will be very cheap ($50)

Go on EBAY and look for a phone that workds specifically for Verizon Network. You can find them really cheap. You will just have to change out your SIM card that is located behind your battery
